Responsibilities

Strategic Watch & Business Analysis

• Conduct in-depth monitoring of technological, market, and competitive trends in construction and energy in the US.
• Produce detailed analyses of key players, emerging markets, and strategic opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate relevant technologies/solutions for group subsidiaries (Colas, Bouygues Construction, Equans).
• Write concise reports and recommendations for top management and business unit directors.

Market Study & Positioning

• Analyze the North American construction/energy competitive landscape.
• Evaluate the strategic relevance of potential partners and ecosystem players.
• Document the business needs of our subsidiaries and identify corresponding solutions/innovations.
• Support Learning Expeditions and technical visit missions with prior data and analysis.

France-US Liaison & Coordination

• Represent Colas and Bouygues Construction in North America with strategic partners.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with our business contacts locally and in France.
• Coordinate exchanges and feedback between US teams and French management.

Travel

• Frequent travel within the Bay Area and the US.
• Occasional missions to France for business meetings.
