Wireless Network Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

As an RF DAS Engineer at Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park), your role involves developing iDAS and oDAS designs using iBwave Design software to meet carrier and public safety coverage objectives. You will be responsible for performing RF link budgets, capacity analysis, and propagation modeling across multiple frequency bands (700/850/1900/2100 MHz, CBRS, 5G NR). Additionally, creating detailed design packages, including floor plans, schematics, and BOMs, conducting and/or reviewing walk test data, CW tests, PIM/Sweep tests, and validating results against design criteria. Collaborating with carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile to ensure design compliance and KPI acceptance, as well as participating in RFP/RFI responses by providing technical input, design proposals, and cost estimates.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelors degree in electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field.
• 13+ years of hands‑on DAS RF design experience (iDAS/oDAS, ERRCS, small cells, or related).
• Proficiency with iBwave Design (Level 1/2 certification or higher preferred).
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PIM, noise figures, intermodulation).
• Familiarity with major DAS OEM platforms (CommScope OneCell/ERA, Corning ONE/Everon, SOLiD, JMA/Teko, ADRF, Spider
