Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, or a related discipline, or a comparable history of professional achievement.
- Demonstrated history of success in a quota-based sales environment, preferably within wireless, consumer electronics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a leadership or multi-unit management capacity is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market data to develop actionable sales strategies.
- Exceptional abilities in motivating, coaching, and developing sales talent to achieve top-tier performance.
- Strong command of communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for effective interaction with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- A high level of competency in presentation software (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel) to report results and communicate strategic direction.
- The flexibility and ability to travel frequently within an assigned market to conduct store visits, lead training, and meet business demands.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a regional team of Wireless Sales Professionals across an assigned territory of retail locations to ensure the consistent achievement of all sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and execute effective sales and training standards, positioning the team as the top-performing unit for wireless solutions within the market.
- Take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, actively sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding top-tier sales talent to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct regular store visits, offering in-the-moment coaching, sales guidance, and performance reviews to drive individual and team development.
- Analyze sales reports and market data to proactively identify underperforming areas, trends, and growth opportunities within the wireless category.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with retail store management and associates to ensure seamless program integration and execution.
- Accurately track, manage, and report on team performance, sales volume, and compliance with all client program guidelines and promotional policies.
- Ensure the team is fully knowledgeable on all current wireless devices, plans, services, and promotions through continuous training and information dissemination.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently modeling a high level of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional work ethic for the client, company, and retail partners.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, training, and client service teams to ensure the timely and optimal execution of all in-store merchandising, planograms, and product launches.
