Your Role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) at the Neuhausen ob Eck location.

Your Responsibilities

• Introduction of new products and manufacturing processes into series production in the environment of HMI and embedded systems
• Technical conception and execution of risk analyses with a focus on manufacturing technology, creation, verification, and validation of manufacturing concepts for electronic and mechatronic products
• Analysis and improvement of production processes, material flows, and manufacturing layouts
• Support with prototype construction, industrialization, and investment projects
• Support, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing and assembly lines.

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree or technical training with further education, e.g., in the field of production, manufacturing, automation, or electrical engineering
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of HMI, embedded computing, or electrical engineering
• Knowledge in process analysis and optimization
• Confidence in using methods such as time studies, ergonomics analyses, capacity planning, and PFMEA
• Structured, solution-oriented, analytical, and independent way of working
• Good communication skills and ability for cross-departmental collaboration.
