About the role

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide comprehensive technical services and support to internal operations, existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) clients, and prospective clients.
  • The Technician shall perform duties in accordance with the highest standards of technical competence, professionalism, and service delivery. The core roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Wireless & Network Infrastructure Management
  • Advanced Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Network Administration
  • Wireless Site Surveys & Performance Optimisation
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Network Security & Systems Administration
  • Documentation, Reporting & Configuration Management
  • Digital Infrastructure Support
  • Broadband & Hybrid Infrastructure Maintenance
