About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with users and stakeholders in Maryland DC to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Assist with testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
- Support change management, training, and user communication efforts.
- Prepare clear status updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Track action items, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Provide ongoing support to users during rollout and post-implementation phases.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role with WMS experience.
- Strong experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Experience with process mapping, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user stories.
- Experience with workflow tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of change management and training support.
