WMS Program Manager

About

We are seeking an experienced WMS Program Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and legal regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement teams to meet demand.
• Manage damaged or expired stock liquidation processes efficiently.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff while supporting team development and performance improvement.
• Track and analyze warehouse KPIs such as picking accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Manhattan Active WMS, to optimize warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment.
