WMS Solutions Architect – Inventory Management

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced WMS Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable warehouse and inventory management architectures supporting distribution, fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering business requirements
• Defining solution architecture
• Leading WMS integrations
• Supporting end-to-end inventory workflows including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation
• Designing integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, transportation, and third-party logistics systems

Requirements

• Expertise in warehouse operations, inventory optimization, data flows, API/integration design, and system configuration within Agile delivery environments
• Experience with platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar enterprise WMS solutions is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and solution design skills
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations, production support, and continuous process improvement initiatives
