Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS and Workday, particularly within professional services or corporate settings.
  • Proven expertise in configuring the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and optimizing HR processes.
  • Preferably experienced with DocuSign integration.
  • Strong skills in communication, both writing, and verbal, along with analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities and adapting to business changes efficiently.
  • Capable of working independently with a high degree of accountability.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving results through collaboration.
