Details

• Architect WorkDay Implementation
• Location: Houston TX - Initially biweekly onsite, after 2 months monthly once onsite
• Duration: 6-12 months

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT exp , 5+ years of experience in leading or supporting Workday implementations Post Production/AMS services
• Atleast 2-3 years of exp as an Architect
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Security, and Reporting, plus expertise in at least one additional Workday module (e.g., Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Benefits, Prism, BIRT)
• Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale projects through the full lifecycle-from planning and scoping to discovery, design, testing, and go-live
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, in both leadership and support roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables with minimal supervision
• Strong client focus with proven success in building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients and colleagues in a remote environment
• Proven consulting skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences and guiding discussions to successful outcomes
• Willingness and ability to mentor and guide less experienced consultants
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with the ability to navigate frequent change
