In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of advisory professionals focused on optimizing cloud-based data-reporting operations, enhancing critical corporate functions such as finance, analytics, planning, and HR. Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and architect comprehensive Recruiting and Paradox solutions, ensuring all work streams are cohesive while identifying cross-functional impacts.
- Lead teams in gathering business requirements, crafting functional designs, and creating process designs, including flow mapping and prototyping.
- Establish effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
- Prepare statements of work and client proposals.
- Manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Conduct client workshops for education and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee resource allocation and budgeting for client projects.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making regarding functional solutions.
- Mentor and manage project staff, fostering performance metrics.
- Facilitate working sessions with clients to accurately gather and analyze business requirements.
- Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.
- Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies effectively.
- Keep the Delivery Lead updated with project statuses.
- Demonstrate excellent client and stakeholder management to achieve objectives.
- Ensure clients maximize Workday best practices.
- Promote innovation through the development of industry-leading methods and assets.

Travel Requirements:
Travel may be necessary for this role, with the amount ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Workday Partner Certification.
- At least 5 years of consulting or client-side experience in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Paradox.
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday implementations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years). If holding an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience is required.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- 10 years of experience with Workday-related implementations.
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Experience with Workday implementations in Education or Government sectors.
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors, including office location, role, and experience level. We expect this job posting will remain open until 05/19/2026.
