They're now looking to hire a Workday Extend Architect on a full-time, permanent basis to take ownership of the platform and drive forward innovative, scalable solutions across the business.

• Base Salary: $149,600 - $162,400 (potential flexibility for the right candidate)
• Working Model: 100% remote
• Location: Anywhere in the US
• Focus: Leading Extend architecture, delivery, strategy, and enterprise-wide adoption

Responsibilities

• Focus on creating scalable, enterprise-grade applications that enhance core business processes.
• Combine hands-on Extend development with architectural ownership - designing and delivering applications, defining standards, and shaping how Extend is leveraged securely and effectively across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend (Apps, Orchestrations, UI frameworks)
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-scale Extend solutions
• Solid understanding of Workday security model, business process framework, and integrations
• Experience defining governance, standards, and best practices
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence technical direction
