Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Workday Financials implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while meeting compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage integration and data migration efforts, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Direct change management activities to help transition the organization smoothly during system upgrades and transitions.
• Manage the financial onboarding of subsidiaries, ensuring accurate data migration from legacy systems to Workday.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading financial systems implementations, specifically with Workday Financials or similar cloud-based ERPs.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects in a banking or fintech environment, dealing with complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong background in compliance and audit processes related to financial systems implementation and maintenance.
• Experience directing teams across multiple domains such as corporate accounting, IT, and external consultants.
