Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of #WorkdayHCM functional/configuration experience
- Strong experience with Recruiting and Talent modules
- Experience with EIBs, mass data loads, and data corrections
- Hands-on experience in UAT testing (planning, execution, defect management)
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and data quality
- Experience in production support and ticket resolution
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Workday Pro Certifications (Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, etc.)
- Experience with Phenom Candidate Sourcing & CRM
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
