Workday Program Lead

Focus Cloud is partnering with a leading Non-Profit organisation, who are seeking an experienced Workday Program Lead to support a busy programme of ongoing initiatives.

This is a hands-on, client-side role where you will take ownership of multiple projects across the full Workday suite, ensuring delivery momentum and alignment across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central lead across multiple Workday projects
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance
• Drive project delivery and keep initiatives on track
• Provide strong leadership and stakeholder management in a complex environment
• Step into a critical interim role following an internal departure

Key Requirements

• Strong experience across Workday (HCM &/or Financials)
• Proven background as a PM and/or HRIS Manager
• Confident stakeholder manager able to align differing teams (HR & IT)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Proactive, resilient, and able to get things done

Details

• Immediate start (targeting end of May / early June)
• 20-30 hours per week
• Initial 3-6 month engagement
