Workday Project Manager

At Huxley, we are looking for a Workday Project Manager for one of our top clients. You will lead a full Greenfield Workday HCM deployment, working closely with P&C and People Services teams to ensure a successful end‑to‑end implementation. Responsibilities • Lead the full Workday HCM implementation cycle (design testing go‑live). • Act as functional expert for Workday HCM & Talent. • Align system configuration with HR business needs. • Manage risks, scope, timelines and coordination with external partners. • Support change management and user readiness.

Requirements • 7-8+ years managing complex Workday projects. • Strong hands‑on expertise in Workday HCM & Talent. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Fluent English; French/Spanish a plus. • Nice to have: Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, PRISM, Journeys.

Conditions • Full remote (Spain). • Full Time (40 hours per week) • 10‑month contract with possible 6‑month extension. • Start date: ASAP / March 2026.
