About This Opportunity
This hybrid opportunity supports a large-scale Workday ERP transformation initiative focused on HCM and future Student implementations. The team is seeking a tactical, junior-to-mid-level Project Manager / Project Coordinator who can help drive execution, maintain alignment across teams, and support day-to-day implementation activities. This is a contract opportunity requiring onsite presence in Cleveland three days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and making an immediate impact within a highly visible enterprise transformation. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting software implementation projects
- Strong Smartsheet experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive action items and maintain project alignment
- Experience building and maintaining project plans
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling tactical and administrative project tasks
- Experience working directly with implementation partners or vendors
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
