Key Responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into scalable solution architecture and design specifications
- Lead the design and implementation of significant applications and optimize core Workday ERP & HCM applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic direction and business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or post‑graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
- 10+ years of technology experience with a strong emphasis on Workday
- Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery
- Proven experience as an architect, project manager, or developer
- Certificates demonstrating knowledge and competency
