A company is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to join their HR Technology group.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Workday to meet specific business objectives and support annual programs
- Create and load EIBs for various HR processes including Hire/Rehire and Compensation Changes
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement integrations and business process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform
- Expertise in Workday domains such as HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management
- Heavy experience with EIB creation and loading is essential
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
