A company is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to join their HR Technology group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday to meet specific business objectives and support annual programs
  • Create and load EIBs for various HR processes including Hire/Rehire and Compensation Changes
  • Partner with technology teams to design and implement integrations and business process enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform
  • Expertise in Workday domains such as HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management
  • Heavy experience with EIB creation and loading is essential
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
