Our client is seeking a senior-level Workday ERP Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of their enterprise Workday platform. This role will serve as a key technical leader, driving scalable architecture, modern integrations, and innovative solutions across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain systems.

You’ll partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the Workday ecosystem is optimized for performance, flexibility, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end architecture and technical design of Workday solutions across HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, and related modules
• Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the Workday platform
• Design and build custom applications using Workday Extend to meet evolving business needs
• Lead development of integrations and data flows using Workday Studio, APIs (REST/SOAP), EIBs, and core connectors
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities within Workday
• Continuously improve system performance, user experience, and process efficiency
• Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable data exchange across internal and external systems
• Partner with functional leaders and enterprise architects to define roadmaps and architecture strategy
• Support testing, release management, and ongoing system enhancements
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers and analysts

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience delivering ERP implementations, including multiple full lifecycle projects
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday across key modules (HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Enterprise Healthcare experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Workday Extend (custom solutions)
  • Workday Studio & integrations
  • APIs (REST/SOAP) and web services
  • Data integrations and orchestration
• Experience leading architecture decisions and working across cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Workday security, orchestration tools, or automation frameworks
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications
