About the role

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning in a highly visible enterprise environment. This role requires strong delivery ownership, technical-functional expertise, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Deliver planning solutions across Financial, Workforce, and CapEx Planning
  • Own project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Configure and oversee dashboards, reports, forecasts, and what-if scenarios
  • Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integration reliability
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and vendor teams to drive execution
  • Lead user training, documentation, governance, and adoption
  • Establish delivery best practices and support continuous improvement
  • Provide executive-level reporting, issue tracking, and resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Project / Program Management
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Strong knowledge of FP&A, Workforce Planning, and Capital Planning
  • Proven experience leading onsite enterprise implementations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification
  • Experience with large-scale or multi-entity deployments
  • Finance, Accounting, or Business Systems background

Work Environment

  • 100% Onsite – 5 Days per Week
  • High-impact role within an enterprise transformation program
