About the Role
You are an accomplished Workforce Software Consultant/Solutions Architect with a passion for success and a hunger for knowledge. You will play a vital role in developing and expanding our Workforce Software services.
The Workforce Software Solutions Architect collaborates closely with team members to maximize the value of our clients' workforce management investments. The primary goal of this role is to partner with industry clients to implement strategic, operational, and financial business plans throughout every stage of an engagement. You will lead implementation projects from the initial conception through deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with client leadership and project teams to identify and analyze complex business requirements and develop effective workforce management solutions.
- Lead all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, construction, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover labor cost best practices, implement process enhancements, and manage resources for timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively detect project challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Provide expertise for the setup and implementation of workforce management tools, ensuring successful execution.
- Conduct training sessions for leadership and staff on workforce management tools.
- Assist in developing analytic models, enhancing existing analytic tool functionalities, and presenting analyses to various leadership levels.
Some travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% based on client needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Time/Attendance in the Workforce Software suite.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing or training on complex software systems.
- At least 2 years of experience with integrations within the Workforce Software suite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years of overall work experience). If an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript.
- Experience in leading workshops for requirements gathering and facilitating meetings.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Client-facing consulting experience is a plus.
