You Are

An experienced Workforce Software Consultant/Functional Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, ready to develop and grow our Workforce Software business.

The Work

The Workforce Software Functional Architect works closely with teammates to ensure maximum value of clients’ workforce management investment. The primary objective is to work with industry clients to execute strategic, operational, and financial business plans during all phases of an engagement. Lead implementation projects from inception through deployment and deliver client success.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions for complex business requirements and processes related to workforce management optimization
• Lead all phases of implementation: requirements, construction, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify labor cost best practices, implement process improvements, and drive resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality
• Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions
• Provide content expertise for tool set-up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of workforce management tools and technologies
• Lead trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff
• Support development of analytic models; expand functionality of existing analytic tools and present analyses to front line, mid-level, and senior leadership

Travel may be required from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience with Time/Attendance in Workforce Software suite
• Minimum 4 years experience implementing or training on packaged software systems or highly complex internally developed applications
• Minimum 2 years experience with Integrations in Workforce Software suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points

• Experience with 3GL/4GL languages such as JavaScript
• Experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
• Team lead experience
• External client-facing consulting experience

Compensation

Annual salary ranges vary by location, for example:

• California: $70,350 to $196,000
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
• Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
• Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
• New York: $66,300 to $196,000
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
• Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
