Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (ideally with a focus on HR).
• Work experience in Recruiting (e.g. Internship at Recruitment Agency) is a plus
• High level of commitment and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming the healthcare sector.
• You enjoy "the hunt" for talent and have a knack for writing personalized, engaging messages that stand out.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working; you can keep your cool even when managing multiple open positions.
• Proficient with modern tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter) and quick to learn new software.
• A professional, friendly demeanor and a "hands-on" mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks to build a steady talent pipeline.
• Manage applications within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Conduct initial evaluations of profiles and CVs to match them against our specific job requirements.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the process.
• Create, post, and update job advertisements on various job boards and social media channels.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and help optimize our sourcing strategies through data and research.
