That’s why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting team for Consulting Team employees.
- Maintain global recruiting databases and enter applicant information.
- Communicate personally and in writing with applicants for consulting track.
- Provide technical support for videoconferences with applicants.
- Support preparation and execution of interview days.
- Collaborate on preparation and follow-up work for recruiting events.
- Perform Internet research and assist coworkers with ad hoc requests.
- Support recruiting team in campus marketing, active sourcing, and personnel controlling activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a college student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or humanities.
- Strong interest in staffing, HR, and recruiting.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Excellent German and very good English skills.
