Workplace Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to ensure smooth operations of the digital workplace, deliver Level 3 support, manage administration tools, and build expertise across the core workspace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Level 3 support for Windows 10/11 and physical/mobile workstations
• Manage and administer workplace tools:
  • SCCM / MECM (mandatory)
  • LanDesk / Workspace ONE (training available)
• Active Directory administration (users, groups, GPOs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical escalations
• Administer Windows Server environments (2008/2016/2019): roles, DHCP, file shares, network basics
• Work with Linux systems for troubleshooting and basic scripting needs

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Windows environments and endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with SCCM / MECM
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Strong problem‑solving and escalation management skills
