Qualifications

• Completed IT training or comparable practical experience with a focus on workplace technologies.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, or endpoint management solutions.
• Experience in the implementation and control of IT projects in complex environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization solutions (e.g. Citrix) is an advantage.
• Very good German and English skills as well as a structured, independent way of working.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and operate modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
• Technical leadership and implementation of projects in the Modern Workplace area.
• Consulting and implementation of complex requirements for digital workplace environments.
• Further development of existing infrastructures and introduction of new technologies and services.
• Support in presales through technical input in offer preparation and solution design.
