Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haymarket, VA for a Writer. The Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality written content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support content strategies, and developing innovative and engaging materials. Daily tasks include research, writing, editing, and proofreading a variety of content types such as articles, marketing materials, reports, and presentations. The role requires a strong ability to adapt tone and style to align with branding and specific audience needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading content with attention to detail.
• Skilled in content strategy and creative storytelling, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experienced in conducting thorough research to produce accurate and compelling content.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and content marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other writing tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in technical writing or IT staffing-related content creation is advantageous.
