Role Description
Barbarian is seeking a motivated and strategic Manager to join our team. This full-time role is on-site, located in the thriving Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering on project timelines and performance expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, monitoring project progress, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to strategy development and execution.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of project management principles and excellent organizational abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking to drive results and inform decision-making
- Working knowledge of industry trends, innovation strategies, and technological solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with creative or innovation agency projects is a plus
