Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Writer role located in Chaska, MN. The Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and curating technical and non-technical content. Primary responsibilities include drafting documentation, preparing user manuals, crafting technical articles or blogs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate representations of products and services. The role also involves conducting research and ensuring content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and goals.

Qualifications

• Content creation and writing skills, including technical writing and documentation development
• Proficiency in editing and proofreading to ensure high-quality content
• Strong research skills to gather and organize information effectively
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in working with technical teams or in technology-driven industries
• Knowledge of embedded systems, Linux, or mobile platforms like Android and iOS is a plus
• Proficiency with content management systems or tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred
