Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Writer, based in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Writer will create compelling and engaging written content, generate creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling, and contribute to content strategies. Additional responsibilities include editing and proofreading written materials, conducting in-depth research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality content that aligns with company goals and audience preferences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Writing
• Experience with Content Strategy and Content Marketing
• Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and ensuring content accuracy
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms
• Ability to conduct thorough Research and translate findings into engaging content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the pet care or lifestyle industry is a plus
