Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Laurel, MD. The Writer will be responsible for creating compelling written content across various formats, including marketing materials, articles, campaigns, and branding collateral. Daily responsibilities include researching industry topics, developing content strategies, writing clear and engaging copy tailored to different audiences, and collaborating with the team to maintain consistency in messaging. This individual will also assist with editing and proofreading to ensure content quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Writing, Creative Writing, and Copywriting
• Experience in Research, Content Development, and Content Strategy
• Proficiency in Editing and Proofreading for error-free and polished content
• Understanding of Branding, Campaign Development, and Marketing Communication
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with advertising and communication strategies, especially ATL, BTL, and TTL approaches, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in marketing, branding, or an agency environment is advantageous
