Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Writer, located in Simi Valley, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. As a Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging written content for diverse platforms, including marketing materials, web content, blogs, and customer communications. Responsibilities include collaborating with a team to develop cohesive content strategies, conducting research, editing for clarity and quality, and ensuring all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and values.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Writing
• Experience in developing Content Strategies and conducting in-depth Research
• Strong skills in Proofreading and Editing
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Content Marketing principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in both individual and collaborative team settings
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage
