The XVA IT team at Citi is looking for a knowledgeable Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology. With at least six years of financial services experience, you'll lead innovative solutions, manage regulatory initiatives, and oversee multiple applications across various regions while prioritizing complex requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions aligned with regulatory requirements
• Manage applications across geographies for XVA systems
• Formulate strategies for XVA Product Roadmap
• Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders
• Oversee staff management and mentoring efforts

Requirements

• 6+ years in business or systems analysis in finance
• Familiarity with FRTB regulations
• Proven diplomatic and analytical negotiation skills
• Capability to manage conflicting business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or similar
