Duties

• Lead and oversee the planning, development, promotion, execution, and evaluation of vibrant youth programs and services, including management of a teen center (if applicable), accredited school age care program, sports and fitness initiatives, single-day and extended field trips, swimming activities, and creative events.
• Utilize strong leadership skills to manage personnel within the youth programs.
• Ensure the Youth Center activities are well-organized, compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements, and aligned with community needs.
• Act as the representative for Youth Programs in collaboration with various organizations and stakeholders.
• Manage the financial aspects of Youth Programs, ensuring facilities, grounds, and equipment are maintained and health and safety standards are prioritized, while also achieving program financial goals.
