.NET Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to support the development and maintenance of integrated software solutions within enterprise environments. The role will focus on building backend services, APIs, and frontend components such as Angular or React, while contributing to automation testing, DevOps pipelines, and containerised deployments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality, and testable software solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems and maintaining stability in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database-driven applications
• Contribute to frontend development using Angular or React and integrated system components
• Conduct technical analysis of requirements and design appropriate solutions
• Build clear, testable, and maintainable software components
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs within integrated applications
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment processes
• Debug and maintain existing pipelines with minimal supervision
• Support automation testing and quality assurance processes
• Develop and maintain containerised applications using Kubernetes and Octopus Deploy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security policies, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement and optimisation of systems and processes

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET development is mandatory
• Experience with backend development such as APIs and database services such as SQL Server is mandatory
• Frontend development experience such as Angular or React is mandatory
• Experience with automation testing practices is mandatory
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is mandatory
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging integrated systems is mandatory
• Experience working with containerisation tools such as Kubernetes and Octopus Deploy is mandatory
• Ability to build, test, and deploy applications using DevOps practices is mandatory
• Experience with cloud platforms such as is preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is preferred
• Experience working within financial services environments is preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
