Your missions

Zenith is a program to transform our activities with the implementation of "End-to-End" processes; a Data structure, connected tools, and the implementation of a new ERP based on SAP S/4 HANA.

To support the business vision in information system evolution projects (ERP, BI tools, management control tools) and to drive process transformation projects (convergence, harmonization, digitalization), you will be responsible for the following main missions:

Process Maping & Optimization

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to map current and target processes
• Create clear "process models" to align Finance and technical teams
• Define key business concepts and associated data
• Identify bottlenecks, difficulties, and automation opportunities
• Ensure process maps support solution design and data flows
• Guarantee that requirements are measurable, traceable, and linked to KPIs

Value Stream Delivery & Alignement

• Act as a key member of value streams, directly supporting Business and IT teams
• Act as a liaison between Finance, Product Owners, and technical teams

Data Valorization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-related opportunities
• Build and maintain data valorization maps, linking results, processes, data sources, and use cases

Data as a Product – Delivery

• Support discovery phases for new initiatives to determine the best data approach to meet business needs
• Translate business directions into robust, value-creating data products
• Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with Group policies

Within the framework of these missions, the main expected outputs are:

• Business concept definitions: Structured definitions for a business "core model"
• Process maps: Clear visual models of business processes (current/target)
• Data valorization maps: Explicit links between processes, data, and business value.
• Epics and User Stories: Clear, testable, and "value"-oriented requirements
• Defined KPIs & success indicators, linked to business results
• Strategic recommendations for process optimization and data valorization.

Your profile

You have a higher education degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Information Systems and/or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role?

With a strong sense of organization, you are rigorous and reliable in processing and analyzing numerical data, from its construction?

You have professional English proficiency, both spoken and written, to work in an international environment?

As a "Finance" Business Data Analyst, you are familiar with Agile and Lean methods and know how to work in product-oriented and/or value stream environments? Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes is required (Procure to Pay, Order to cash, Record to Report, Plan to Perform).

From a technical perspective, you have strong experience in "process modeling" (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping) and a solid knowledge base on the data lifecycle and "data products" concepts (Data Mesh, Data Hubs,...)? An understanding of data & analytics technology stacks is an asset.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a synthetic and collaborative mindset, and great autonomy? You can facilitate and lead working groups with business experts, work cross-functionally, and unite multidisciplinary teams (Data Engineers, Analytical Teams, Finance teams, Product Owners)?
