• Expertise with Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCP).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, network security, and professional services methodologies.
• Adeptness in enterprise collaboration.
• Adeptness in technical documentation.
• A relevant degree is preferred.
