Enterprise GTM is shifting toward highly personalized, high‑quality experiences that resonate with buyers. Most teams can’t execute this consistently because the process is too slow, manual, and dependent on other teams. Responsibilities

  • Own net‑new revenue, taking deals from the first conversation to close.
  • Work with B2B revenue teams to help them rethink how they break into and expand target accounts.
  • Conduct strong discovery to understand real business problems and demonstrate how Mutiny changes the way teams operate.
  • Use Mutiny to run highly personalized outbound outreach into target accounts, showing rather than telling.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and scale the sales process.
  • Bring field insights back into product and GTM strategy.
  • Leave every deal and customer interaction better than you found it.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid‑market or enterprise).
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills; ability to tie product value to real business outcomes.
  • Outcome‑oriented mindset focused on revenue, not activity.
  • Ability to move with urgency, keep deals moving, and adapt quickly when things stall.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to tell a clear, compelling story to senior stakeholders.
  • Thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and comfortable figuring things out on the fly.
  • Strong teammate who raises the bar for themselves and others.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience at a high‑growth startup (Series A–D) is a plus.

Compensation

  • Estimated OTE: $250,000.
