Mutiny is an AI‑native agent that lets sellers and marketers move at the speed of their ideas, building high‑quality, on‑brand experiences that actually wow buyers. We are building the infrastructure for how modern GTM teams operate, tackling a $100B+ market.

What you’ll do

• Own the systems that power how Mutiny grows, from outbound processes to user onboarding and data segmentation/routing across tools.
• Transform manual, fragmented, or slow processes into fast, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product to identify breakpoints and build systems to fix them.
• Create repeatable playbooks, automations, and internal tools so the team can execute at a high level without starting from scratch each time.
• Continuously improve every system you touch.

Compensation

• Competitive package including base salary, equity, and full benefits.
• Estimated salary range: $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience.
