Role Overview: You will be serving as a Consultant in the project management department at Magnon, one of the largest advertising, digital, and marketing-performance agency-groups in India. Being a part of the Fortune 200 global media corporation - Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), Magnon boasts a team of over 700 professionals spread across offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The Group comprises three award-winning agencies, namely magnon designory, magnon eg+, and magnon sancus, offering comprehensive marketing solutions including advertising, digital, social, creative production, media, localization, linguistics, and marketing solutions' outsourcing labs to a wide array of global and Indian clients.

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 9-12 years of experience in project management to lead and oversee various projects within the agency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the stipulated timelines and budgets. - Manage client relationships effectively by understanding their requirements and providing strategic solutions. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance metrics. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and workflows.
