This is a third-party payroll, diverse hiring opportunity for a Technical Recruiter II with a focus on Tech Hiring and HR Operations within a Fintech Product company. This is a contract role with immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle tech hiring (Dev, DevOps, QA, Architects, PMs)
- Build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AI tools
- Partner with hiring managers & close quality talent fast
- Manage onboarding, HRIS, documentation & lifecycle ops
- Track hiring metrics & enhance candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of tech hiring experience (product/IT roles)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to .NET, Cloud, DevOps hiring
- Hands-on experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools
