This is a third-party payroll, diverse hiring opportunity for a Technical Recruiter II with a focus on Tech Hiring and HR Operations within a Fintech Product company. This is a contract role with immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle tech hiring (Dev, DevOps, QA, Architects, PMs)
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AI tools
• Partner with hiring managers & close quality talent fast
• Manage onboarding, HRIS, documentation & lifecycle ops
• Track hiring metrics & enhance candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of tech hiring experience (product/IT roles)
• Strong sourcing skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to .NET, Cloud, DevOps hiring
• Hands-on experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools
