About the Role
We are looking for a Concrete Technologist with a strong techno-commercial orientation to drive business growth in the construction and materials segment. This role involves working closely with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and developing a strong channel partner network across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities within Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, contractors, and construction companies
- Conduct product demonstrations and site trials to showcase performance and value
- Drive sales conversion and contribute to revenue growth
- Build and manage a network of distributors and channel partners across regions
- Monitor sales performance and support partners in market development
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for product improvements
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Materials Science
- 5–10 years of experience in construction, RMC, or construction chemicals industry
- Strong understanding of concrete technology and construction materials
- Experience in techno-commercial sales / technical sales / business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with channel partner / distributor management
- Exposure to product testing, lab coordination, or R&D support
- Familiarity with MS Office and digital/AI tools
- Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)

- Willingness to travel extensively across India
