Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for acquiring and expanding B2B new customers - along the entire sales cycle
  • Leading contract negotiations and realizing up-selling and cross-selling potentials
  • Conception and positioning of customer-specific solutions for complex digitalization projects
  • Conducting product presentations, workshops, and technical demos with a clear closing focus
  • Creation and presentation of offers as well as data-based forecasts and active participation in budget and revenue planning
  • Close cooperation with marketing for the development and implementation of campaigns, webinars, and lead generation
  • Strategic expansion of the partner network to scale sales
  • Participation in strategic initiatives for the further development of product portfolio, pricing strategies, and business models
  • Active presence at trade fairs and customer events such as our Quanos Connect
  • Collaboration with the Quanos sales team as needed

Requirements

  • Several years of in-depth experience in direct SaaS/B2B sales of complex, explainable software
  • Proactive approach with a clear focus on acquiring new customers
  • Motivation to independently and holistically manage and be responsible for the sales of our AI Hub
  • Experience with (large) customers from the industrial environment
  • High IT affinity and technical understanding for consulting-intensive solution sales
  • Confident communication and high persuasive power, also in digital meetings and in German and English
  • Professional moderation and execution of customer workshops (so-called Discovery Workshops)
  • Ideally, prior knowledge in one or more of the mentioned areas: Content Management, Document Management, Asset Management, Field Service Management, Digital Data Chain, Technical Documentation, Spare Parts

The Quanos AI Hub is the central AI competence center within the Quanos Group. Here we bundle our AI expertise to develop market-ready, secure, and practical AI solutions for technical documentation, spare parts catalogs, and after-sales & service. The main product of the Quanos AI Hub is the plusmeta Platform - an AI-based automation platform that executes information processes for industrial customers scalably and securely.
