The Role: Impact & Ownership

As an Account Manager for Client Success & Growth, you are the bridge between our cutting‑edge AI technology and our clients' business goals. You will act as a strategic partner to CXOs and Marketing Heads, ensuring their investments turn into measurable growth.

What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary consultant for a portfolio of high‑value clients, deeply internalizing their ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) to align our AI engine with their business goals.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end‑to‑end execution of AI‑voice and performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with our internal Data and Product squads to ensure “Gold Standard” delivery.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor daily funnels, identify bottlenecks, and pivot strategies to maximize client ROI.
  • Revenue Expansion: Own the growth lifecycle; identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells through exceptional delivery and consultative selling.
  • Insightful Reporting: Present fortnightly reviews that translate complex data into actionable business insights for client leadership.
  • Product Advocacy: Feed real‑world client challenges back to our product team to help build the next generation of Revspot’s AI tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–5 years in Account Management, Sales, or Client Servicing (growth‑stage startup or agency experience is a massive plus).
  • Expertise: Strong grasp of performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and native understanding of funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, Conversion Rates).
  • Communication: Ability to command a room, present to senior stakeholders, and simplify technical AI concepts into business value.
  • Analytical Skills: Enjoy diving into dashboards and using data to tell a story or solve a problem.
  • Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in the Real Estate or Fintech sectors is a significant advantage.
