Job Summary
Accounting Outsource Hub LLP is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive - Indian Accounting to join our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and accounting software. This role requires accuracy, responsibility and the ability to work independently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Handle accounting entries
- Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
- Manage TDS related work and basic income tax compliance
- Perform bank reconciliation statements
- Maintain vendor and client ledgers
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Indian accounting
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
