Job Summary

Accounting Outsource Hub LLP is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive - Indian Accounting to join our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and accounting software. This role requires accuracy, responsibility and the ability to work independently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records
  • Handle accounting entries
  • Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
  • Manage TDS related work and basic income tax compliance
  • Perform bank reconciliation statements
  • Maintain vendor and client ledgers
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for accounting data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Indian accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Valuable communication and coordination skills

  • Full-time permanent position, 5 days, unpaid trial period
