Service Type/Experience
- Well-versed with key valuation concepts, including the income, market and asset approach, discount rates, discounts, and premiums, etc.
- Well-versed with key financial concepts, including the three key financial statements and key financial ratios.
- Demonstrated knowledge of building financial and/or forecasting models from scratch will be preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Gather information and data required to perform valuation.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and manage your work schedule.
- Keep projects running on schedule by interrogating the data immediately to determine if it is adequate and usable to perform the valuation.
- Perform various financial analyses, financial modeling, and report writing (including company, industry, and economic research).
- Review own work and that of teammates to ensure the quality of the work product.
- Participate in client conference calls and technical discussions internally.
- Responsible for executing engagements under the supervision of seniors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 06-12 Months of Relevant Work Experience.
- MBA (Premier B-School) + CIMA/CA/MS (Finance)
