Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, or machine learning engineering, including the development and deployment of machine learning models.
- 3+ years of Python programming experience, including libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, C++, Rust, or Java.
- Experience with deep learning, computer vision, or generative AI methodologies.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Hands-on experience in data processing and model development.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with generative and agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Capability to develop and maintain scalable data frameworks for big data necessary for business analytics.
- Ability to create software solutions for retrieving, parsing, and processing both structured and unstructured data.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Clearance
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must satisfy eligibility criteria for accessing classified information; a Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is one element of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.
