Role Description
We are seeking an Advertising Sales Consultant to join our team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be responsible for generating advertising sales by identifying potential clients, maintaining and building relationships, and presenting effective advertising solutions. You will work closely with our marketing and editorial teams to align client needs with the brand's mission, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and client relationship management skills to ensure positive partnerships
- Proven experience in Sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
- Marketing and Advertising knowledge to provide tailored strategies to clients
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Background in media or publishing and knowledge of the food and beverage industry are a plus
