AEM Backend Developer - Contract role

We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality digital solutions on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, QA, and solution architects to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and solution architects to deliver AEM-based solutions Develop, customize, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following AEM best practices Analyze requirements and participate in story refinement and sprint planning Design and implement solutions based on user stories Troubleshoot and resolve backend and performance-related issues within AEM Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with development standards Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and prototypes Identify and improve system performance, architecture, and code quality Participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by architects or technical leaders Work within Agile/Scrum methodology and contribute to sprint deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint cycles, backlog management) Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development Proficiency in Java development Experience with version control tools such as Git Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
